NEWLIFE FOUNDATION HAS A NEW ONLINE STATUS

September 2009

National disabled children’s charity, Newlife Foundation, has been struck by the social media bug with new online networks and communities cropping up on facebook, Twitter and YouTube.

Newlife Foundation is now communicating with even more volunteers, shoppers, supporters and families sharing regular updates, offers, videos and news articles. In just two months, Newlife’s Facebook page has over 200 fans, while the latest addition to the Newlife social catalogue, Twitter, already has over 100 followers.

The online forums are providing even more opportunities for people to get involved with Newlife, whether it’s to enquire about an equipment grant for a disabled child, share an experience with Newlife, or simply to find out the latest deals within the Newlife Superstore.

You can do your bit for Newlife too by introducing the charity to your social networks and friends and writing about the charity in your forums, blogs and updates. It’s easy to get involved - to become a ‘fan’ of Newlife on Facebook, simply log on to www.facebook.com/newlifefoundation, or if you ‘tweet’ you can start following Newlife at www.twitter.com/newlifecharity to ‘re-tweet’ and raise awareness amongst your friends of the good work the charity does.
